Pros

Flexibility, some in mgmnt are good but some not so good. Do yourself a favor and dont consider employment here.

Cons

I was on a project where I was just thrown in, little to zero training but expected to perform like someone who had been there 6+ years. Benefits not good, time off not very good and no 401K match at all. If you are not part of ‘the clique’ then you will not survive here. The timesheet logging is a nightmare also. Keep searching and bypass this place.
