      Open, collaborative environment that's always trying to improve Some of the most delightful people I've ever worked with Important work that's making a big difference to how the government serves the country Sincere commitment to ensuring people are treated as people, not as units to be moved around for the company's benefit

      In a drive to ensure high value return for customers, the company sometimes lags in innovation adoption

      Pros

      There is no bureaucracy, no backbiting, people are collaborative and sincere and fun and the leadership genuinely cares.

      Cons

      It's government contracting; if you don't like that you won't like this.

      One of the best jobs I could've asked for as a recent college grad

      Pros

      Even though the company is on the smaller size, they put in A LOT of time and dedication in getting you onboarded and familiar with the company (even from a virtual standpoint!). The company also mails little gifts to you periodically! From my experience so far (almost 1 month), I have a lot of freedom to do work without having someone breathe down my neck at every second, but I also have an endless amount of resources and colleagues that are ready to help at any second. The company was already doing WFH long before COVID and it's clear that they value employee well-being. One of the biggest Pros that I see is the amount of career advancement opportunities that are available to me. With regular career check-ins with HR and my immediate supervisor, I feel like I can pursue whatever path I want for my career.

      None that I have experienced yet!

      Thanks for your review. Our internal teams put a lot of focus on the onboarding process to make sure you have the tools and information you need to be successful early. And, shh...the gifts are a secret. ;-)
