Best company I've ever worked for

Pros

TCG is genuinely "positively distinct". There are concrete actions and activities every day that demonstrate the company's care and interest in its employees professional growth and personal well-being. The pay is highly competitive, the benefits are great, and the perks are extensive and useful. There is also a separate, executive-led department called Employee Happiness, whose job it is to support employees in career growth, resolve issues, and ensure we are able to do our best work. Company growth is exciting too and I'm looking forward to new opportunities.

Cons

I haven't found any cons.

Great Place to Work

Pros

TCG is the only company that I've worked for who truly promotes remote work and provides the tools and processes to do so effectively. Other great things: - Continuous assessment of the employees' well being and satisfaction - Follows the philosophies put out by the CEO and senior management - Happiness team helps round out the challenges of managing people - Promotes from within whenever this an option

Cons

While there are a lot of new things happening in TCG, it's hard to keep track of them all or get involved with everything. The internal communications help a lot with this.

TCG promotes a telework-first model where management prefers and often advocates for employees to work from home. Over the years we’ve found this model has helped many TCGers balance their personal and professional responsibilities successfully. And when COVID-19 hit, we had a very smooth transition from onsite to remote work as all of the needed infrastructure was already in place.

Pros

The people in the Company are real, tangible people. There's no caste system as we work together to solve real business problems. Senior Management are really interested in hearing ways to improve things. The Company does everything it can to retain people.

Cons

I feel compelled to put something here, but I can't think of anything.

Thanks for your feedback. Our management structure is relatively flat. As a result, ideas, concerns, and solutions are shared freely among teams and senior leadership.
