      Pros

      TCG has a set of six core values that guide its ethos and it lives up to those values (and more) every day. Chief among these is "Fair, honest, and open." This is the only company I've worked for where feedback from anyone in the organization, regardless of position within the company, is taken seriously, valued, and often acted on.

      Cons

      Telecommuting can be difficult, especially with large projects, and isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      Tremendous focus on culture and employee satisfaction that drives productivity and quality. Unorthodox benefits and events that keep people engaged and interested. Completely transparent executive team - no questions or feedback are off limits.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lack of focus and accountability. Corporate growth strategy is not always clear to employees.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home and manage a healthy work life balance is incredible. We work smarter, not harder, and everyone is very collaborative.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
