We’re sorry that you don’t feel as challenged as you’d like. This is a perfect situation to discuss this with your manager or the Employee Happiness team. Working in collaboration with them, maybe you can find another TCG project that’ll appeal to you more.

TCG does not delete reviews. That power just doesn’t exist for us. On your behalf, we contacted Glassdoor’s support team. They tell us that Glassdoor assesses and screens reviews (independently of reviewed companies) before they are published. If you have previously submitted a review but haven’t seen it published, this might be the reason. In any case, we can only respond to reviews — as we are doing now — and not delete them. All that aside, we clearly could have done better when managing the contractual situation you describe. This sounds like a situation where a customer’s budget or strategy changed the long-term needs of the project. In those circumstances, we do our best to give our team members ample time to find new assignments - inside or outside of the company, if need be. We’re sorry if our intentions weren’t clear and we hope you are now in a position that you enjoy.
