Life work balance and truly care about employee wellbeing. TCG engages on many projects that have significant and meaningful impact.

Cons

There is so much that one CAN do but only 24 hours in a day!

Committed to core values. Fair, open and honest company with a lot of integrity. Values employee happiness and work/life balance. Really listens and cares about employee feedback and suggestions. So many cool benefits and perks.

Cons

Smallish consulting firm in government contracting, so growth is dependent on winning contracts.
