Pros
• Small company, cares about it's core values • Lots of integrity within the company, one of their core values is being fair, open and honest. • Cares about employees and their work/life balance (another core value). Strongly discourages working more than 40 hours per week and if you do you get those hours off later. • Welcomes and seriously considers feedback from employees about anything • Fantastic benefits, including paid leave, medical benefits, paid training, as well as fun team outings, tickets to things, and lots of other extra perks
Cons
• Some internal processes are fine for a small company and are not scalable for a medium-sized company. Since the company has been growing, they are trying to address some of those issues.
