      This company is very family oriented and they value the work and home life balance. There is a bunch of room for growth and opportunity. They value all the hard work you put in as well and have staff appreciation events constantly.

      TCI is a growth minded family owned company! I started as a Dedicated Operations Manager in 2019. Executive leadership recognized my contributions and I have been able to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Health benefits for the employee only is comparable with other employers but family health benefits are on the high side.
