Pros

One or two stops daily. Same route. Management is easy to get along with. Not keeping a eye on you so much like other companies do. Pay is pretty good with lots of OT. Good benefit package and very flexible on personal time off.

Cons

Split days off with not set start time and end time hours. Part of the trucking trade.

I have been with three companies in the past 15 years - this is by far my favorite! We have employees spread all over the country, yet we are all very connected. We have great employees in every department and even better leadership at the helm.

Cons

I haven’t found a downside yet!
