Excellent servant leadership culture. Great work life balance

Cons

I spent over 10 years in the Engineering team at TD. It was a tight-knit group with wonderful colleagues, but there were few opportunities for growth. After I left TD my growth just skyrocketed in 1.5 years. My exposure to architects, owners, and business development was quite limited at TD.Group leadership vision was limited. Strategy was instead winning projects, more on education side.

My direct supervisor and general work descriptions were excellent

Cons

The ESOP is used as a tool for management to focus on micromanaging and brow beating. Their tenure and retirement was far more important than the health and well-being of any field employee. Get used to being second to time in service.
