      Pros

      The job is exactly as described. They don't guarantee any amount of hours, and sometimes there isn't a lot of work. It's a good job if you need something with a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is no work when you are available. The work can also be mind-numbingly boring at times. There is no opportunities for advancement, and they will not provide you will a reference when looking for a new job.

      Pros

      I worked with Telus for 4 years. It was an overall pleasant experience. The work is typical call center work. The content moderator position is easy enough. Easy to move up.

      Cons

      The pay is okay. Positions average around $15 per average at entry level. I mentioned that it is easy to move up but that’s also cause management drops like flies. PTO policy is stupid. You get a little over 3 hrs a check and that covers pretty much everything. Sick time, vacation, etc. is all covered by your PTO. Not to mention that PTO is used to cover unexcused absences as well.
