Pros

there are many pros to working for this company, such as working from home with no coworkers to deal with, working independently so that you're in control of the level of quality of your output, making your own hours, etc. there's also a lot you can learn from all the things you view for this job, so the educational aspect is interesting at times too.

Cons

there are some cons to working for this company. sometimes it can be difficult to reach them, as the only source of communication is through email. at times the job is extremely difficult and mentally exhausting, so you should plan your hours for what best suits your freshest "mind time". it can also be hard making your own hours if you don't stick to a regimen. sometimes it's isolating not having coworkers, etc. but for the most part it's a great job that you can work at home from.

Can work anytime you want.

Cons

The videos will get you in the long run. I have seen some weird and disturbing videos and I have rated them. You are welcome.

Pros

Casual work atmosphere. Work from home option.

Cons

Unfortunately I had the worst experience of my entire life at this job. There is a serious lack of professionalism at this company. I personally feel that there is no room in the workplace for cussing and vulgar language, including repeated use of the N word. In addition there was an overall acceptance of laziness from the top down. I feel that the low pay contributes to this issue. Lastly the communication is virtually non-existent. Sure we get a ton of emails everyday but that's also part of the problem, we're inundated with non-essential emails. Aside from the main 3 core issues above there were other ongoing issues like constant technical problems with no workaround or communication on how to handle the problem, constantly getting yelled at by customers due to our hold times and metrics that were nearly impossible to reach. In addition here are a few things to be aware of; the bonus program is extremely confusing to the point that none of the Supervisor's can even explain how it works, the OT bonus is nice but you will need to work 50+ hours a week to make a decent wage and if you use PTO you will not get the OT bonus for that pay period. Also if you quit or considering quitting be sure to download your paystubs and email to yourself because it's nearly impossible to get them after the fact and take your personal belongings home. The stuff from my locker mysteriously disappeared, including my Kindle.
