No communication, automated systems that glitch a lot, poor pay, lack of clear instruction

Cons

I never officially worked! They kept me in limbo for two months. I passed all the tests and was let go. Basically got paid $100 total to take quizzes. This company is a joke. I can't believe they are recommended so highly by so many ppl

Work on your own hours and at home, paid training.

Cons

You can only work only when there are tasks available, training material is confusing/conflicting. feedback for rating tasks can also make no sense.

Pros

Rating is good busy work. You can zone out, and make enough money to cover a few bills, maybe even rent if you're lucky.

Cons

They dangle bonuses and other monetary rewards in front of you, but you will never see them. Forum posts will tell you that you might get these months after, but you also probably need to send a support message to even find out if you got approved. Some tasks can be daunting. Doing 4 minute tasks over and over again for 6+ hours, where you have to pay attention to the timer, and track your time as well can burn you out quickly. Sometimes there are a variety of tasks that are longer, but this seems to be rare most of the time.
