Pros
Appears to be a legitimate company the majority of the time, offering decent pay and actually paying you for any trainings and MOST quality reviews done. Usually a decent amount of opportunities for extra hours during the holidays late in the year. Most if not all roles are W-2 and not contract, meaning no fussing with taxes. The flexibility is nice.
Cons
Like every other company that does similar work, they're incredibly fickle. There's a reason looking them up will give you dozens of recent Reddit threads from people who were let go, sometimes after weeks of being "in review", sometimes entirely out of the blue, and sometimes they just don't bother telling you at all, and you only find out once your credentials no longer work. They appear to rely on automated systems to perform quality reviews of employee work despite hiring actual people to do the tasks in the first place, leading to simple mistakes and being wrongly "dinged" for answers that were correct or accurate according to their own guidelines. You are an actual employee and not a contractor, but get no other benefits beyond that.
