Cons

The team which I was a part of had a very poor management. Moreover boss showed favoritism towards team mates even though their performance was not at all up to the mark . Too much politics within the team . Good work was never appreciated . Manager couldn't handle inter team conflicts. Manager left us on our own to hear the nasty comments some employees from other teams had to say. Overall , it was the worst work experience so far that I have encountered in my professional career.

Very flexable hours. Some of the people who work for the company are so nice,Paid health insurance

Cons

You pretty much have to kiss butt to move up. A lot of favoritism, They don't pay well for entry level. The HR lady in the North office pretty much walks around looking to right people up or find a reason to have you manager look into why you are not at you desk. Also They under pay the employees. If you do your research on what they should be paying the you will see that they lowball the emplyees
