      It's a job, not so much a career

      Pros

      Team members are great people and fun to work with. Below management levels most office employees seems to have good work/life balance. Team members in the field have a much hard schedule and that balance is not as easy to come by.

      Cons

      Management means well but doesn't consider the perspective from the people who do the grunt work. They have processes for most roles but they're rarely enforced/followed. There's only so far you seem to be able to climb in this company before hitting ceilings or needing to change positions completely to move forward. This gives it a feeling that it's a job and not a place where the majority can find a career.

      Pros

      They have a great office, life, toys and food and lots of fun.

      Cons

      Ownership will be the first to stick their hand in your pocket and take your money. It is a very greedy upper management team.

      - Good benefits, PTO, and more. - Flexible work schedule with remote work available. - Family oriented, hard-work culture.

      Cons

      - If you want to slack off for hours while collecting a paycheck, this is not the company for you.
