      Horrible Management equals horrible company

      Pros

      There were very little pros. They put ping pong tables in every office, I guess that is considered a pro if you are the type that likes to get paid to play ping pong instead of work.

      Cons

      Terrible benefit package. Horrible management personnel. The culture at this company is toxic. Promotions are just adding more work to your schedule without adding any pay raise.

      CEO/PRESIDENT IS THE COOLEST DUDE Lack Of Supervision Company Credit Card - 2k balance Lack Of Team Work Less Meetings Mileage Reimbursement

      Poor Management/ Leadership Skills/ High Turnover Rate Nepotism Burn out/ Small Team Poor Sub Base Clients are not easy to work with A lot Of Headaches They will promise you one thing and never deliver Your promotion is to work 60-70hr weeks Blame the people that do the real work out in the field and everything is their fault. Estimates are poorly written and don’t have all the details. Can’t contact your team members Unprofessional Events

      Their HR department attempts to bring structure to this renegade construction company...to no avail.

      Cons

      Managers with egos that need stroking. No room for career advancement if you are an experienced professional. Manager will quickly disregard your expertise in order to keep their position in tact.
