Pros

Pay is decent, software system simple to learn

Cons

You will have to sell your soul and compromise your ethics to work for this company, the ONLY thing they care is about is getting the max amount of $$$$ from the patients they can, not the patients themselves.

Pros

Easy documentation but made so you don't have to actually use your brain.

Cons

Everything else. Management does not care about employees. They only like you if you are a robot. You are not allowed to have a brain. They are not there for you. They are never wrong and will fire you if they are challenged. The manage by fear and use the "All In Award" as a threat if you do not do what you are told. They make up policies as they go according to what they feel like shoving down your throat that day. They love new grads so they can brainwash them into their BS All-In culture. They really don't care if you are a good therapist. They only care if you keep your mouth shut and do everything they want.

Pros

Good money, fair benefits, some outstanding therapists to work with.

Cons

Unlikely to survive long enough to collect benefits. What is said and what is done is exact opposite, it's a facade. Good people fired on whim for any or no reason while total incompetence is rewarded.
