Internal studies, as well as large-scale studies have demonstrated that group therapy enhances patient outcomes by providing peer support, increasing motivation, improving social skills, and facilitating functional recovery in a collaborative setting. Additionally, group therapy allows for more efficient use of clinical resources, ensuring that more patients receive more high-quality care. That said, we recognize the need for balance and are committed to individualized care when appropriate. We understand that productivity expectations can be challenging, but our goal is always quality patient care, and our productivity standards are in place to ensure patients are on the path to their best outcomes. In addition, TMC has many standards in place to make productivity expectations fairer – such as granting time back into your efficiency calculation for meetings and evaluations.
