Pros

Honestly don't have much good to say about the company. The hire process was quick...

Cons

They run their company like a mill, you are a number and so are your patients, They ask for 100% productivity and call it "efficiency". When I was hired on I asked about productivity levels and was told there was no set standard. That was absolutely false. The upper management will sugar coat things to fit their current narrative from day one. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I would not want myself or my family in a facility that cares so much more about making money than actual patient care. They also will frown upon you working overtime but schedule you 10+ hours a day of treatments and you are expected to group patients regardless of their needs.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It’s never our intention for any team member to feel like just a number, and we truly value the work and dedication that goes into patient care. Productivity expectations are always something we aim to balance with quality care, and we recognize that it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. We want to create an environment where concerns can be openly discussed, and if you ever want to share more, we’re happy to listen. It’s important to note that TMC does not require 100% efficiency, and we are one of the only companies that doesn’t count your meeting time or evaluations against you in that calculation. Thank you for the impact you make every day—we appreciate all that you do. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to connect- Triciaarnold@therapymgmt.com.

Pros

Most supervisors have been good listeners and show compassion when facing obstacles, at work and at home. Team members have been very supportive in work and getting things done.

Cons

There have been no official opportunities for upward movement within the company. Upper management was very dismissive of salary negotiations for a possible new position. Raises must be asked for, and the end-of-year bonus is very poor.

We appreciate taking the time to share your feedback. It’s great to hear that you’ve had supportive colleagues and supervisors who listen and show compassion, that’s something we truly value in our workplace culture. We understand that career growth and compensation are important, and we never want our team members to feel like their efforts go unnoticed. While raises and promotions are structured around specific criteria, we’re always looking for ways to improve transparency and ensure that hard work is recognized. If you have any specific thoughts or suggestions, we’d love to hear them. Your input is valuable, and we appreciate all that you contribute to the team!

Pros

Working with patients is about the most I can say

Cons

TMC places too much emphasis on productivity % regardless of patient needs. Assistants required to do progress notes with little time allowance to do them or screens for that matter. Need to pick up that productivity rate to keep it at 90-93%? Do group therapy sessions regardless of individual patient needs. TMC also automatically takes out money from your paycheck for a charity of their choice. It should be an option you agree to first hand. Not something you have to navigate online to get out of once you’re hired. With thousands of employees getting money taken out each paycheck…that adds up to a lot and who knows where that money is actually going. I wonder if CEO’s have their own foundation? Kinda like the Clintons maybe? TMC…The Money Corporation The top feed down. Just like the food chain. TMC wants to be a monopoly in these skilled nursing facilities. It’s a money business first and foremost. Remember that. I left after less than 6 months due to seeing the writing on the wall

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’d like to address some of your concerns and would be happy to schedule a call to discuss them further. Our nonprofit organization, Together Making Changes, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to uphold a key part of TMC’s culture: the voluntary giving of our time, talent, and resources to those in need. 100% of the proceeds go directly to charitable causes, with no profits benefiting the company. Additionally, all financial records are publicly accessible for transparency. Participation in this initiative is completely voluntary. Employees have multiple options to opt out, either upon hire or at any time afterward, via the following channels: • ADP homepage • TMC Connect app • TMC website • Your HR representative At TMC, we believe that giving back extends beyond monetary contributions—it’s about dedicating our time and talents to positively impact those in need. This philosophy is deeply embedded in our core values. I’d also love the opportunity to discuss your thoughts on TMC’s efficiency standards and how we implement group therapy when it best serves our residents. Our primary focus is always on patient outcomes and individualized needs. If your experience did not reflect this commitment, I’d like to understand more.
