Pros

I enjoy my patients and co-workers, which has nothing to do with the company.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity demands that are impossible to achieve. It's very demoralizing when you are doing your best for your patients, but get nothing but negative feedback from corporate.

In addition, TMC has many standards in place to make productivity expectations fairer – such as granting time back into your efficiency calculation for meetings and evaluations. Pros

Large company with locations all over the US that used to live up to there core values and hopefully with some management changes and better employer to employee relationship could make positive changes

Cons

Lack of clarity from from leadership Intermal conflicts Politics No employees at staff level have a true voice Favoritism Poor compensation in relation to current therapy rates High stress environment Do not recommend as an employer Consistent turnover Lack of staffing Minimum experience from a leadership standpoint at many sights

Pros

Steady hours, wonderful nursing home residents, fair pay

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, unwise management promotion/demotion in my location, when one of their nursing homes closed, they transferred the director to our location, who systematically either terminated employees or they resigned, and she hired all her old staff.
