Couldn't really give any pros first OTR job

Cons

Expected to sleep in the top bunk of the truck while your trainer drives down the highway after bouncing off the ceiling all nite you have to drive for 11 hours without killing yourself or someone else. Not to mention if they have a wreck where are you going to end up

Nice equiptment, dedicated runs, lots of night time support, and multiple terminals for repair and dispatch.

Cons

Have to beg for freight, no home time after its promised, garbage QC units, cocky trainers/dispatch/shop/safety/everyone. Rookies run amuck; drunk on the propaganda feed to them in school and training. They pay by the MILE for flatbed if you decide to and their % is trash. SLOW trucks. Gotta tarp EVERYTHING.
