Poor company with poor management and crappy freight that pays nothing

Poor management, poor communication, poor training, poor driver, pay, very small amount of freight, despite what anyone else says. Dishonest, hiring practices, lying about Hometime, practically zero detention pay, despite what you may be told, if you want to get home on the weekends, you had better be OK with not making any money, unless you’re extremely lucky or blessed. Not enough office workers and support staff to handle the amount of drivers. Tattletales everywhere at one point I was being ride it out every single week for something to SAFETY. SAFETY can put you out of service for up to three days unpaid just because somebody called in on you. If you take a job as an office worker, the pay system is predatory, and you will never make top dollar. Also, if Tmc leaves you sitting without freight, they will not pay you. I’ve heard stories of guys who spent an entire week with no freight, and they were not paid. Also, it’s still lists Herald Annette as the CEO. He died and that’s why this company is in the crapper.
