Pros
Even if you are new to logistics, but a great sales person you will make good money. If the managers like you will make even better money. Whenever someone leaves they will disperse accounts and you'll get commission from the loads you move with that company. They give you a decent base salary plus commission on every load you move.
Cons
They bleed through their carrier sales reps so coverage for sales people was not great. We lost customers because we couldn't cover loads. They don't do development training for their carrier sales reps. Carrier sales reps would only cover easy lanes since they would get call ins. Had unnecessary tension and yelling at the office because of toxic management.
