This company genuinely supports you. They provide tons of training and ease you into your position as you are comfortable. They accommodate your family needs any way they can. They offer many ways to serve and contribute to your community. Any time you need help on something or don’t understand, they jump to help you and get you comfortable. Everyone, literally everyone, in the company is friendly and patient and willing to help. You see the owner herself, quite frequently. It’s incredible and I’ve never seen a company like it. We have a ton of holidays off, even your birthday! They have awesome benefits. I cannot speak more highly. I work directly under Dominica and I am crazy about her! She is a fantastic leader that I adore and strive to be like!
