Pros

Multi-Family Maintenance team is great to work with.

Cons

Where to start? -Micromanaging is what they are best at. Too many people in management positions trying to be the ring leader. -Great at promising growth but providing the opposite. -Unprofessional. -Lacks a team mentality. It's a cut throat environment with a "Mean Girl" complex.

While we love for our employees to work independently, the everchanging federal and state regulations have forced management companies to develop more rigorous procedures and provide additional oversight to our staff.
