Pros

I genuinely like and enjoy working with my team and the residents we serve. Employees are not micromanaged. Employees communicate collaboratively and effectively with company management and individual condominium owners associations.

Cons

Work is siloed by individual building condominium owners associations. Consequently, concierge pay is uneven across the company. Concierge pay is based on the individual building’s COA budget. I am not underpaid, but would appreciate a cost of living adjustment and a performance review with a chance to earn a raise.

Pros

This company actually cares about its employees, They take the time to see where you will fit best and will train you the best they can with available resources. They keep the schedule consistent and work with you on not being overloaded with work, while making sure you maintain a healthy work/life balance. I respect that and appreciate the time they devote into their employees to grow rather then replace.

Cons

They have some staffing issues that is of no fault to them and is being worked on. With the lack of staffing at times, as people come and go, training can feel incomplete and more learn on the job. Which can be a bit stressful if you are new to the industry like I was.
