Pros

This is honestly a great company to work for. From my supervisor, to dispatcher to co-technicians, it really feels like everyone has your back and you really feel like you’re part of a team.

Cons

Pay could be better. At the end of the day, this is labor work, and you feel like you deserve a raise every now and then.

Pros

Great people. Collaborative team efforts. We work hard, we play hard. The company has been stable throughout the pandemic. The employees are treated like family. I love the people I work with and have never felt more at home in my career.

Cons

This industry has enough challenges as it is. It is always better to work with a team that understands you, and can relate in the difficult times.
