Pros

Great team atmosphere, everyone is very approachable, knowledgeable, very willing to share best practices, tips, tricks and innovations to ensure we all succeed. Frequent touch bases, and constant support, all while never forgetting to enjoy the journey.

Cons

I believe the training is a little light and could use some enhancement, but the support more than makes up for it!

Pros

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm proud to say I work for TMG. They make it easy for employees to work from home, even lending computers out. They hire a sanitation company every other week to clean the office, not to mention the standard every day cleaning. When masks couldn't be found they paid someone to make some for the office.

Cons

I don't think there's a job you can't find a con for, but I've been so impressed with how we've been handling the stay at home initiative, I can't think of a con at the moment.
