I have never had experience in this industry, and I can say this is the best company I have ever worked for. Even though we are a larger company, it definitely has the feel of a small company. Meaning everyone from the bottom to the top acts as a family and there is not one person here that could be considered unapproachable. Even if i were to change my position in the company, I know TMG is where i want to work. Thank you to everyone who has helped support me and helped me learn!
