Pros

This company does maximize on growth and can be understanding when is comes to family values.

Cons

There is a huge lack of management throughout the entire company. Sometimes it feels that rules are made up on the fly and that no one (even the managers) really knows what they are going, but they act as if they do ( fake it till you make it attitudes). The pay really it’s that great. They pay the least for almost all positions and because of the statement above, their turn over rate is through the roof.

Disorganized, no training outside initial new hire orientation, management only looks out for management, company culture, high turnover, mandatory 15 day on call every 3 months
