Pay attention to the negative reviews here. Extremely poor leadership, the product is vapor, and your day to day will suck. **there are some really good people at Torch.

The new office is nice

Cons

Unstable and immature leaders. This is the first time any of them have held a leadership position and it shows. Get ready to feel every bump as they refuse to learn from others and figure it out on their own instead. Not a single bit of experience or expertise. Severe micromanagement. AI product is such a joke it's borderline on dishonest in its marketing. When I mentioned I was joining, local tech leaders said "Wow. They're still around?". Their aggressive inexperience leads them to reject industry standards and regulations with confidence. This company is a disaster waiting to happen. Do not join if you would like to keep your clearance.
