Decent culture, good benefits, some really talented people

Cons

Lack of real direction and a lot of constant pivoting, some messy politics when you look up the food chain, but it’s alright if you keep your head down and do what you’re told (most of the time)

Cons

Fully remote so miss some of the cohesiveness of in-person collaboration.

Education support - super supportive of learning new technology: "learn about what you want as long as you can apply it to your job" Awesome perks Unlimited PTO Flexible/Hybrid work schedules

Cons

There are some start up growing pains, like changing directions suddenly, but at least it's always interesting!
