Pros

Leadership is straight forward and to the point. If something is needed/lacking am told what it is and provided assistance if needed to meet that goal. Goals are achievable and challenging. Able to get trainings to better my career. Leadership is not overbearing and allow space to work. Benefits have been greatly improved on recently.

Cons

As a small rapidly growing company change is often and a bit chaotic at times.

Pros

The people at Torch.AI are an extremely experienced and talented group. There are many opportunities to learn and grow. They give you all the tools needed to be successful and if you work in the office you have a beautiful workspace in a great location. The work-life balance and the benefits are amazing. I truly enjoy working here!

Cons

At times you may be working long hours depending on projects but it's not very often and only when needed. Other than that, it is a great place to work.

Pros

The people. We have such a diverse group of employees and it’s nice to see that in my colleagues. Let’s keep that going! I also enjoy the work space. It’s the complete opposite of what I came from, which was very sterile and had no personality. This work space has plenty of personality!!! The flexibility to work remote when needed is nice. Unlimited PTO is great, benefits are very good and we have an opportunity to enjoy the company suite at T-Mobile!!! I also love that we are starting to build our community involvement in KC. Looking forward to participant in more.

Cons

One of my biggest challenges here is the open work space concept. It’s great most of the time, but there are definitely times where more privacy would be very helpful, especially for my private, confidential conversations or meetings. Our booths are private but not sound proof.

We strive to create a balance between collaborative progressive work space and quiet work areas. We will look at soundproofing or privacy options.
