Pros

I love the atmosphere of managerial support of driving innovation for customer needs. That is the focus of the company from the SW developers to C-suite. It's great to be part of a company that is always striving to use technology to make its customers more effective.

I have a long commute to work but it's worth this trip!

Pros

Torch is an innovative company that provides a lot of opportunities to have a voice, be an influence and build something that will impact AI like no other company has. Torch is a fast pace environment that encourages thinking outside the box. Torch fosters a positive work environment and offers many employee perks.

Cons

Torch is a start up and small employer, so at times things can be chaotic. However, lots of opportunities come with being a smaller employer.
