Pros

Competitive salaries and health benefits. Cool employee perks such as access to T-Mobile suite in KC for concerts, free lunch on Tuesdays, unlimited PTO. Opportunity to work with talented people. Great learning environment.

Cons

A lot of change and fast pace of work.

Pros

I love working at Torch. I have been working there for a little over a year now. I started off as a contract-to-hire position, and then I was hired on in September of last year. I have seen so much growth and maturity happen in such the short time that I have been there. We have progressed in the work that we do as a federal contractor, we have grown in the benefits that we offer our employees. We have even learned how to better communicate with each other as a body of employees. I really feel valued as a team member and that my managers listen to me and any suggestion that I may have.

Cons

I'm always busy, which I really don't think is a bad thing. It's means that we growing as a company. :)

Pros

Fast pace, lots of change, new hires, deeply technical, application to complex customers in non commercial

Cons

Building the plan and flying, not a traditional customer base for a KC company, higher learning curve than a commercial business
