There is no hourly pay increase Projects can end at a moments notice Could be out of work for a month waiting for a new project You won't know of any updates until the day of the change

Pros

Im still new however as I notice the staff, the trainer are all friendly. They actually has a good environment and you could feel that TP really love their employees. Additionally, there would be a free meal every weekends and free coffee everyday. TP is relly a generous company.

Cons

All the areas are too cold.
