Pros

better than nothing. Health insurance available. Nights and weekends not necessarily required, depending on the program. Indoor working environment. Customer service experience.

Cons

Management, nepotism, racism, MANAGEMENT, always willing to cut corners to save a buck right now, little, if any, consideration of long-term effects of current decisions/actions. Regularly cutting corners on client-required training tin favor or making money sooner. NOT well climate-controlled. If you're alive, they'll probably hire you--upper management at this site likes to make promises to clients that they can't keep.

Pros

Just the fact you offer opportunities for people to make a living, I will remain a bit positive.

Cons

The biggest BPO in the Philippines but the worse ever in my entire experience. Low pay, non compliance with DOLE policies. Worse management. TP should be the last option in a desperate situation
