Pros

If you want to start a first jobs is perfect

Cons

- If you are not Portuguese you can't grow in the company, they make you dream and they speak about meritocracy, but they don't respect it. - They propose you to pass internal training to help you to grow but they never come back to you. In the company that work for you and you can grow just if you have a lot of friend with already a very good position and if you speak Portuguese. Also a big problem with the organization in general, the management team don't know how to manage people. - They are all false in front of you with smile etc.. but they don't want you to show that you are better than them, they are to scare to lose they job. - A lot of pressure on the CRS but the responsable of the problem is the management team.

Pros

They provide competitive pay. They also give good amount of hours. Will work with you schedule if you meet the metrics the first three months you are there.

Cons

Taking calls can get very repetitive and frustrating. Not many people can stay handle talking to customers for eight hours straight, not to mention sitting at a cubicle that long either.

Rude supervisors, Bad training, unprofessional, check distribution is never on time
