Not a lot of pros to do with the company. Nothing that I can honestly think of. Fellow employees were great.

Cons

Typical call center. If you are okay with that and the bad pay then go for it. It's all on you.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!

Pay $500 bonus Not much else

Everything. 2 microwaves for entire staff. Can't get a replacement badge until office opens, even if scheduled before then. ( they open at 8am, and I was scheduled at 6am) A ton of miscommunication You get written up for every thing. Like for example having your keys in the training room, having your jacket fall on the floor, and forgetting your badge at home and not being able to get a temp badge until 8. Yes, all of these ACTUALLY happened to myself and others in the training class. Not to mention they have no trust in the employees there. They have secerity that screens you when you walk on the floor. You can have soda because they think you'll sneak a pen and paper in to write down account information.

Pros

Good stepping stone to move on to new companies, easy work.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, low base pay, the company preaches that they promote from within your project and give everyone a fair shot at positions but it turns in to more of a popularity contests. Supervisors start off relatively untrained.
