Pros

Good environment . You can manage your stress . There are relaxing recreational activities on the company ,with billiards ,gaming area ,swimming pool & a large screened TV on the lounge with soft like cotton pillows ,you can even fall asleep while watching movies . Unlike my previous company ,you can't even relaxed at all .

Cons

Security is too tight . Can't even bring money paper bills inside production ,they'll remove the label of your bottled water and everything where you can write anything . But I understand that becaude they're just doing that so we can't write or copy any customer's information to avoid fraud . The thing is wheb guards remove the label of our bottled water then we could mistaken our bottled water with someone else because there's no any signs if it's mine ,it' hers ,something like that . But it's fine somehow .

Good atmosphere, good managment, lots of hours with overtime available.

Cons

People with 'accommodations' get all the good day time shifts, the rest are stuck on late night and weekends.

Pros

I like the bond that the agents had on the floor it made the day go by a little smoother. The pay was not that bad. I had an amazing supervisor and it motivate me to go to work.

Cons

Their policies change every other month and the seating sucks. 😠😮they changed our seats every 5 minutes. payroll keeps messin up our pay.
