Pros

Honestly, can't think of a single one.

Cons

The place is a call center, obviously hundreds of personalities surrounding you generates drama, It's what call centers are known for. The drama didn't bother me much as I keep to myself an work without concern of who is dating who or what happened to who the night before. BUT, when you come in 1st place in the call center for 7 consecutive months (not exaggerating, quite literally) and consistently applying to advance, you think you would get looked at. But instead the people that where there for 3-4 months, ranking in the 50's even 100's where getting the positions. The place is all about who is friends with who and hard work and professionalism is not valued at all. If you don't care to work hard to advance and have a very out-going personality, stuck up and have a big head all while enjoying talking down on other employees. You can quickly advance here. If not, expected to be treated like crap, and talked down to by your superiors for your hard work, just because you're not their best friend.

Pros

I've made a handful of really good friends. Overall the CSR's are nice but there are some outright horrible people here.

Cons

Really poorly managed project I work on. It's exceptionally rare to spend time with your manager to discuss performance or development. There are lots of people here who need further training to make them better and more confident at doing their job but no-one seems to care about the people and they get left to rot which is not fair on them. When there is work to be done the managers are nowhere to be seen. Don't think i'll ever be able find a more disorganised company irrespective of where I work in the future. There is no chance of career development unless you are friends with Team managers or members of the Operations team. The pay is close to minimum wage and there are absolutely no benefits.
