Pros

mentors are good, nice and very approachable.. my team leader is very nice and very patient to me.. people are nice as well.. they are very willing to extend their help to newbies!.. : ) and i'm also happy and feeling secured because we can address our concern to the high level of management if we do have a problem with our team leaders.. : )

Cons

since i am working in teleperformance in alpha land.. i hate the que in elevators.. since we only have 2 fifteen minutes break and an hour of lunch i hate it when ill be having my 15 minutes break because tp is not the only company renting the building.. i have to wait couple of minutes just to get down and smoke.. : (

Pros

Good overall attitude and morale with co-workers. Willing to work with their agents to ensure productivity and goals are met. 8-week in-depth training with call handling, products, and services. Lots of theme weeks with dress-up and rewards.

Cons

Low pay for call-center work. Meeting the quota for sales can be difficult. Constantly watching call stats and stress level can get overbearing. These should be expected with the mundane work of a call center.
