Initial Thoughts - Trainee

Pros

- Daily Pay access - use sparingly with discretion and wisdom. - Onboarding was pretty straight forward - The trainer is kind - The pay rate, while not a living wage anywhere I know of, is better than most competitors.

Cons

- The training lacks structure, but no more than other companies. - They provide the equipment, but you can tell they cheaped out on monitors - They say they have flexible schedules, but for the client I'm working with, they do not. There are no early shifts of split schedules despite the client operating in all 50 states and offering open schedules with other agencies.
