Great opportunities, a lot of experience with meeting new business professionals, learning new accounts, etc., and met a lot of nice co-workers along the way.

Cons

Long hours, sometimes unreasonable deadlines, hard to maintain work-life balance as you feel the need to be constantly plugged for escalations etc outside business hours.

A career & life turning point

Pros

- Superior learning & development environment. - Boasts a significant corporate culture with a sharply diverse environment in terms of nationalities & cultures present. - An realistic "Open door policy" that is effective no less than a whooping 95+% of the time. - Provides great & continuous chances for vertical & horizontal growth. Thanks to the diversity of projects managed alongside the internal promotions & staff development policies. (Hands down, it's one of the best in the region). - Surprisingly enough (in a good way) HR/personal team did project an excellent culture of them being a protective net that is to support employees rather than the traditional image of HR being a punishment & overpowering constitution. - Majority of C level management team & specifically the Italian CEO "Giorgio Modesty" do form a seriously high bar in people management standards. Giorgio is no less than an icon in between similar titled individuals in the industry. You are to expect a conceptual & managerial growth sprout of 30% at the least when working directly with Giorgio. & in no longer than 6 months.

Cons

- The nature of field/industry is straight out 'stress-brutal'. So it's not a unique trait of Teleperformance. However you should be ready for this level of tress in your life. - Certain departments were riddled with 'power struggles' at the higher ranks. Obvious enough that people could have been overshadowed sometimes due to it. Happily though, that is NOT the norm of the company. - For a while, she major titles were dependent on a centralized mechanism. Giving too much authority & power to limited individuals. This has proven to be a negative aspect that has caused ripples of indirect damage for too long. It is however noted that this was greatly shifted to a decentralized management model in a great deal of teams under the philosophy of Giorgio Modesti. It's safe to assume that this will continue to happen till it no longer is an issue.
