At Teleperformance(Herbal, Bengaluru), I faced many problems, the Team Leaders were pressurising to do targets, login hours was 9:30 to 6:30 but they won't give logout at 6:30 they extend till 7:10, for any reason they won't give leaves and at last who ever want to ask resign they say that we cannot resign the company they force us to do there itself, Manager, Tl's , quality manager and Hr planned everything for those who want to resign the company, they give continuously fatal and ask to terminate the company, overall there intention was they don't want to give resign to anyone who are working there, and they played master game in that telling lie that resignation cannot be approved and all.. They won't give leaves on Sundays nor on government holidays and even for some of the festivals. If some one want to join this company pleas it's my request don't join here.
