TP Provider Service Representative reviews

3 weeks ago, my position was changed to member agent without my knowledge or consent. I was hired as a Provider agent and have primarily taken provider call until about three weeks ago. I've been asking different managers to change it back, but no one seems to care. I really loved my position but now I dread coming to work every day. pls change my position back to provider agent cross trained.
