the workload that they (especially TPUSA) are throwing is not appropriate. We understand that COVID has moved us to a new angle and perspective. However, please do understand that those employee of yours that are providing the numbers that you need is already bleeding, burnout and just working for the sake of working. if your salary reaches at a specific price range and you want to apply, they will not accept you because you are "too expensive" despite that you have the skills to do the job.
