Pros

They hire anybody when they are trying to meet clients needs, they just need heads to fill chairs. Four week easy paid training at $8.50/hr.

Cons

Other than the paid easy training for four weeks, everything else about this job is a con, from the supporvisors to the managers and to the unrealistic expectations expected of you as an employee. You get warnings and write-ups for anything because when they fire you, they don't want to pay for your unemployment.

Horrible Company

Pros

Three and a half days on and three and a half days off.

Cons

You are micromanaged and it is a very unprofessional atmosphere. The agents all seem to think that they go to work for a social life instead of to do what they are paid to do and it can effect your raport with your customers. They use unprofessional language and scream and curse in a professional atmosphere.
