TP reviews

Ridiculous pay for the work you do. The average salary of a sales agent does not even compare to what TP pay you. Management is horrendous. They treat you like children and micro manage you like you're in school. Continuously contradicting themselves. No genuine prospect of progression. They're quick to jump on your back for the most minor thing but don't reward where reward is due. It's not about what you know at that place or how hard you work, it's about who you know. You can be lazy as heck and get promoted to team leader position because you're on 'good terms' with the manager. Absolute JOKE. My advice to people looking to work there- DON'T!

Pay. Management. Work Environment. Parking. Suspect Culture. Because of the inept and incompetent decision making from TP management, my team was under a lot pressure to perform and exists in an environment where the smallest infraction can now get you fired! This situation could have be avoided but instead we were just setup to fail by TP management.
